Import car from UK

"Recently I imported a classic car from the UK to Melbourne by sea.  Austorient Freight Services handled all the procedures and requirements of Australian Customs and Quarantine on the cars arrival at the Port of Melbourne.

May I say that the staff at Austorient in particular Helmut Rocis were particularly helpful and I couldn’t believe how efficiently they dealt with the importing formalities.

As I had requested to be present when my cars container was opened, Helmet Rocis kindly arranged a day to suit my tight schedule. On that day I arrived at 07.00 hrs, the container was opened and the car retrieved without any damage, customs and quarantine matters were attended to and the car delivered to me at 1000 hrs. Just 3 hrs !!

Absolutely brilliant !!

I would highly recommend Austorient Freight Services as cargo handlers and Customs Brokers.
